Classic Bulls-eye Rash
While a bulls-eye rash is tell-tale for a Lyme infection the rash appears in less than 40% of those infected. Lyme rashes can take many forms.
Current 2019 Michigan Risk Map
In this map, some Michigan counties are labeled as a potential risk for contracting Lyme disease. However, the risk is greater considering reporting failures and the lack of knowledge among some medical personnel regarding Lyme. The tell-tale bulls-eye rash in the picture above was acquired in an Oakland County, MI outdoor arena.
