You are not alone - There is help and hope in the journey!

"When you are sad or scared or angry with this life, and you ask God "Why me?" remember that life goes on, always. Through the moments you hate and the ones you cherish. There will always be a rich and full life to live whether it's the one you wanted or not" - Claire Wineland

Lena Morgan entered the world of chronic illness when her daughter Erika’s life long battle with health issues led to a diagnosis of Chronic Lyme disease in 2011. In 2014 a toxic mold release in their home resulted in a diagnosis of Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS)/Biotoxin Illness. Since 2011 each of her other three children were bit by ticks and contracted infections.  Click here for more of the story.

In an effort to help her daughter get better,

Lena began extensive research for the best practices, protocols and practitioners in the field of Lyme disease and Mold illness, and the myriad of other diagnoses that often go along with them. The plight of all those suffering from Lyme and Mold began to be very real to her when her own family’s attempts to help Erika were met with several road blocks – not the least of which were financial and time restraints, and disappointment and discouragement. Erika tried several types of treatment through various practitioners beginning with mainstream Westernized medicine. However, when repeated attempts to get to the root of the widespread and varying problems that Erika had ended up in a diagnosis of "anxiety", Lena knew it went beyond that simple diagnosis. This led them to seek help from Chiropractors, Homeopathic and Functional Medicine doctors and other treatments.

While she wanted to provide the very best for her daughter, Lena realized that these illnesses were not for the faint of heart to tackle, and that people like her and her daughter were not only desperate for answers, they were desperate for hope in the journey. Along the way Lena learned that taking care of herself as Erika's primary caregiver was also essential to their success in dealing with the challenges they faced.

Different from other Lyme and Mold Coaching sites, Lena shares from her own personal experience as a mom trying to help her daughter and does so with a heart of compassion. She integrates her knowledge of brain health and the four aspects of a person's overall wellness to provide hope and encouragement.

When able Erika will be joining Lena to share her knowledge and insight directly from a chronic illness warrior's perspective.

When her health allows she will share these insights through the blog portion of this site as well as contribute to the ongoing additions in content and coaching. Both she and Erika are well versed in the Shoemaker Protocol for CIRS - WBD, as well as other avenues of addressing chronic infections and the issues that often go along with them.

Both Lena and Erika are currently certified through Light University's School of Professional Life Coaching. With the experiences, resources and knowledge Lena and Erika gained at their disposal, they hope to bring a little more joy into the journey even while fighting the battle against mold, Lyme, and other chronic illnesses.
